Mithuna Foods produces white White Guava puree concentrate from creamy white variety grown in tropical regions of North India. Faint brown spot covering the skin of the guava is preferred for guava puree concentrate. White Guava puree concentrate is manufactured through an exhaustive process where the fruits are first inspected, washed, blanched where all the oxidative enzymes gets inactivated; after blanching, the residue passes through screw paddle where maximum pulp is obtained.
