Tomato Paste Concentrate is produced from tomatoes of India’s largest tomato growing state, Andhra Pradesh. The ripened tomato is processed through a series of steps where they are washed, selected, crushed and blanched to deactivate the enzymes. The foreign content from the tomato paste like skin and seed is discarded and finally it passes through concentrating machines where the water content is removed through evaporation.
